Tomato Basil Cheese Sticks​

Ingredients

2 pieces String Cheese

6 leaves Basil Leaves (fresh)

6 pieces Cherry Tomatoes

2 tbsps Balsamic Vinegar (use for

dipping)

Directions

1) Cut each cheese stick into 3 equal pieces.

2) Wrap 1 basil leaf around each piece, holding it together by sliding it onto a toothpick.

3) Complete assembly by sliding 1 cherry tomato onto each basil wrapped cheese piece.

4) Dip assembled cheese stick into balsamic vinegar when ready for your nutrient-packed snack!

5) Place leftovers in a storage container and refrigerate until ready to eat. Enjoy!

 

Notes

Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 3 days. 

Dairy-Free: Use a dairy-free cheese.
